Test before specifying anything
We place the tests and let them run for the required period rather than guessing from how the slab feels. The readings decide whether you need a simple retarder, a full mitigation membrane, or nothing at all, and we would rather tell you that you do not need it than sell it by default.
- Step 2
Prepare and apply
The slab is ground or shot-blasted to the profile the membrane requires, then the retarder, mitigation coating or waterproofing membrane is applied at the specified thickness and left to cure. Wet areas get their detailing at flanges, drains and corners at this stage.
- Step 3
Verify, then floor over it
Membranes are inspected and, where the system allows, flood-tested before anything covers them. Only then does the flooring installation start. You receive the readings and the product documentation with your paperwork.
